Commercial and Institutional Design:
Our design team has years of experience with commercial and institutional designs including but not limited to: K-12 schools, higher educational facilities, assisted living communities, shopping centers, business parks, industrial parks, hotels & resort developments. We can provide site design services, governmental approvals as well as landscape & irrigation design.
Parks & Recreation:
Sunlit Designs staff has experience in all types of recreational design from a small playground in a neighborhood pocket park to expansive community parks with numerous amenities. Our experience includes but is not limited to: multi-use trail systems, trailhead facilities, baseball, softball, soccer, football, rugby, track, tennis, volleyball, in-line hockey, swimming pools, playgrounds, picnic pavilions.
Community Development:
We can assist a developer from inception to completion including: master planning a community, creating lotting studies, gaining governmental approvals, streetscape design, monumentation & signage design and pocket park design. Our graphic designers can also create a branding package to assist the developer with sales brochures, booklets and illustrative mapping including three dimensional modeling.

The key to any good design is learning all natural aspects of the land being developed in order to minimize negative impacts and to maximize the site’s potential for the land owner. Sunlit Designs creates and utilizes the following site analysis maps to ensure that sustainability is built into every project: slope analysis, hydrology & drainage analysis, soils analysis, vegetation inventory & mapping, views map, site inventory listing natural & man-made features of the land.
